Title: serious HTTP problems

Hello frnds
I got one error on my server i.e
HTTP;CRITICAL;HARD;3;CRITICAL - Socket timeout after 10 seconds
how can i solve it ny server having apache 2.0 webserver
if any budy please help me
that error comes ecery 3 to 4 minutes for this i do
service httpd restart
