Dear sir
               I have logitech web camera QUICKCAM-messenger.
I would like to know how it can be installed in REDHAT LINUX.

There is a gui utitlity ( I forgot the name) which can be used to configure webcam. Look for that, try it and if unsuccessful, ask over here !
