Title: laptop display flickers on ubuntu linux

i have installed the new ubuntu and i am logged in as my self when i try to work the display flickers how do i resolve this issue

Clearly problem with video drivers. What video hardware your laptop comes with ?

But before that try this :
    Goto ->  System -> Administration -> Advanced -> Service Manager ---> Now Uncheck "Detect RANDR (monitor) changes"
