Title: BANDWIDTH CONTROL IN CLARKCONNECT

please I just installed clarkconnect 2.2 in my system. how do I do bandwith management using cbq
in my redhat 9.0 there are two files that I configure Exampledown and Exampleup how do i get these two files in clarkconnect 2.2
