Firstly my dear friend.

Have u have any idea on how to configure squid?
1. No? ---> Goto the how to section for Ricky's squid tutorial.

The windoze will be smart enough to take the authentication done by squid as squid does all the authentication.

Hello,

I would advice you to use SafeSquid Content filtering Proxy Server.it has got a good support of  NT Authentication through the pam smb module.
and it is very easy to configure safesquid as it has got the web interface.

check the link
