Problems Posting on Linuxsolved.com

I have been getting the following message in the past few days when i try to post a message on the linuxsolved forum.

'You don't have permission to access /forums/posting.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. '
I have some problems i need a solution for but i can't post. Please help!

This issue was raised earlier too.

I think its because of mod_security installed on this server. If you want to post problematic text then you can try to modify system commands appearing in your post .

eg . if your post contains "grep" then you can change it to "gr-ep" for a while and then it can be posted.
