Configure samba backup server

Hey all
I am using Rhel5 in my company. I want to make a samba backup server for various departments in my company which will be mounted under single directory. I want that any one  can store thier data in thier respective directory of the samba server but they can delete any data even stored by them. I want all this in an organised way. Please help me in configuring it so that i can provide a suitable backup server for each department. Plz send me the solution to this id sachingarg_ait@yahoo.co.in
