i personally prefer webalizer and sarg. sarg provide comprehensive report .

hello pashy
you can use webmin that is written exclusively in perl . It can help with the web monitoring,network management, SNMP etc. etc.
http://webmin.com. Check the modules that can provide extensibilitiy.
