I am a Linux begginer. Can you tell me which distributuion should I choose in the 7 distribution~~ ???

I advise you to choose Ubuntu 9.04 or 10.04 LTS 32 Bit or 64 bit.
It is a best desktop OS at present, it is free and user friendly.
