how to install Caching NameSever

Hi guys...............

I m workinn in a recently established ISP. we have 2 servers here.
 one is webservr. i want to configure the otherone as caching nameservr.
So. can anyone briefly tell me how to do tht................

IF it is Redhat Linux then simply in other computer in /etc/resolv.conf add followng lines

nameserver 127.0.0.1 and make it ur DNS server.
