does anybody know where the source dictory in suse 9.1 64 is?
/usr/src/linux is not it, what shold it have in it?

Maybe you have not installed the kernel headers please check if they are installed and then get back.

I have one suggestion, could type

1. "updatedb" in the command line and press enter.  It will take a few minutes to finish.

2. Once it finishes, u can try to search the /usr/src folder by typing:

"locate /usr/src"

General command for locate is:

  locate keyword]/i]
