Script Running Problem

I wrote script of firewall rule through iptable in a file.I want that it exceutes every time when system boots.Where i will put this file..
How i will set path.

You can put this file file in /etc/rc.d/ directory and in the rc.local there put the path to ur scritp file at the end..
