Squid time problem

My server time and the squid access page time does not match. Can comebody tell me what is the reason?

uff.

Man it means, the domain which you are trying to access does not exists or is unable to resolve at that particular time..

I know it , but the time its showing is not the actual time. My question is why the time difference with server time?
