PPPOE PROBLEM

I have another problem with my Internet Connection. I have internet connection with text interface i can properly starting and stopping by #adsl-start and #adsl-stop command.

but from gui ican only start connection and not able to stop its showing error
/usr/sbin/pppoe-wrapper:Exec format error

when i am trying to stop the  connection  its giving above error.

to connect i am using #tkpppoe command

i download rpm from www.roarpenguin.com
and this is the rpm (rp-pppoe-gui-3.5-3.i386.rpm)

please reply me regarding this problem.

Hi dear..
U can kill that process......
first give command
#ps -A
it shows all process which are currently active...
from there give command
#kill -9 pid
  (where pid is the process id of ppoe process)....
After that i think it will work...

Suppse after that it will not work.., then better to ask RICKY, may be he knows , as RICKY is expert....

U have to a programme or RPM, i386 package for linux . then u install it . then main menu-- system  settings ----- internet connection wizard or network--- click conn. xdsl  conn. or new------then give ur id or pssaward .


     when u want to connect internet simply go to network and click active.
       hope u will do it .
