How to setup Gateway with different upstream and downstream

Hi all
My Box use Fedora Core 3 and will be setup as gateway for my client
Currenty i use ISP A as upstream with wireless connections and ISP B as downstream with VSAT/DVB connections
I Have problem how to NAT my clients to this box ?

Is anybody have tutorial for my problems ?
