Installation of VNC server in RH9

I try to install these RPM in RH9

vnc-3.3.3r2-47.i386.rpm
vnc-doc-3.3.3r2-47.i386.rpm
vnc-server-3.3.3r2-47.i386.rpm

rpm -i vnc*

Unfortunately, I have this error message:
Warning: vnc-3.3.3r2-47.i386.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID db42a60e

Error: cannot get exclusive lock on /var/lib/rpm/packages

Error: cannot open packages index using db3 – Operation net permitted (1)

Error: cannot open Packages database in /var/lib/rpm

How can I properly install the VNC server without this error? Thanks.

First make sure that you have root privlages to the system
