Fatal exception: panic in 5 seconds

got centos 4 (i thing its 4.3 but not sure)
my server crashes every now and then and every time its not because of the same reason
i really don't know what to do anymore

i got Pentium D 3.0
With 2GB ddr

It seems that have not much to say about it..
As I am not sure about this so we may try following..

1. Try a full system disk check ie. check your disk for errors..
If it doesn't solves then ..

Try to not to run httpd process and if see its happening or not because only suspect I get is httpd here.

if still nothing happens then try recompiling kernel...

It is showing problem of memory allocation..
it happens if..
1. Hardware is faulty.
2. if there is bug in software you are using.
