i use ubuntu8.04..
new to it...
and just had a new connection from huawei BSNL WLL.. It doesn't provide any software or sumthung.. to connect to net.. on linux..
Kindly provide the guidance..

Well, you can set modem to auto dial and then connect modem to computer using LAN cable. And set Ubuntu to get network info using DHCP (as modem has inbuilt router too).
