How to Configure RAS Server

HI, I've one machine which has dual Lan Card. One of them have Public Ip which is connected to internet & another lan card have Private IP.

now i want to accept incoming dial request from another machines & give them Internet Access.

Also tell me what configuration needs to be done on client machine to make dial up connection.

Both the machine has RHEL 5
