Hi,

First i would like to tell you that this is a very common problem, people generally face in dual boot when windows OS is installed after Linux OS.

You can use fedora system rescue to get it back.

Insert your Fedora installation disc and reboot the computer. Choose Rescue Installed System, and follow the process, hope you will be able to get it back.
