Creating a Bootable USB Device with USB-ZIP Setting in BIOS

Hi,
Does anyone know how I can get a bootable USB key if the BIOS supports only USB-ZIP? I've tried many schemes including "makebootfat" and several other suggested tutorials but none has work with my OCZ Diesel 4GB and ASUS P4S333 Award BIOS. Does anyone have a suggestion?
Thank you
