Dear Frendz,

Anybuddy tell me how can i configure sendmail for my domain(www.abc.com) or for my LAN.
Plz help me frendz, i really need a help to solve this issue.

What type of linux Os  you are using?because sendmail config are different

hai friend first u have to tell use what kind of os  is u  r using and if it is linx tell me the version and what kind of lan u have

I m using RedHat Linux 8.0

My lan consist of 10 nodes which based on windows 2000 prof/ XP

Hi

it does not matter, which Version of linux you are using. The basic configuratio nof sendmail is same in all flavors.

But, you need to tell me whether you want to server mail server for only your local network or you want to connect this mail server to internet also. if you want to connect this mail server to internet permanently, then you need to do some stuff, or if you want to configure only for your network, it is like catwalk show.
