ssh login withRSA key !

i want to login in to my linux server which is using RSA key authentication.
from windows using putty i can login with my rsa key.
from linux to linux server i cant login.
#ssh -i<RSA keypath> user@ipaddress
it is asking passwd instead of asking passphrase...

please help me.
