Please any one can help me. In linux software there is lot of  *.c files when I compiled there is lot of errors why it so and how can I remove It.

which steps u are following??

For installation any applicatiom from the source:
common steps are:

# ./configure
#make
#make install
check the appl. Makefile for the complier it is using and that u have.
