i want to run apache webserver in my pc for my website and i m connected to internet through local area networking and my ip is 172.16.2.240
and my ip address can only be reached in my LAN so i can run my website with this ip to allover the world is there any software which can make my ip available everywhere. :? :? :?

ya this is possible, but then again you need to have access to your Gateway.. ie the machine which is directly connected to Internet.
What you need is port forwarding. Means you have to ask your network administrator to forward http request to your machine.
I hope you got the idea but there is lot more in it.

From my point of view.. the only method is port forwarding in your case.
When I said that there is lot more in it.. I mean that if there is another machine running http server inside your LAN and is already configured to handle the incoming http request then you will need to find out other way.. rather complicated rules. And if you are the only one to handle http request then port forwarding will do.. And all that will be done on the gateway only.
