Pc goes hang

hi friends
 I installed PCquest linux on my machine but it hanging at particular time
 I cannot understand what happens to it
 Send any tips or sugestion

is it PCQLinux2005 ?
Anyways First you have to make sure you have enough RAM b'coz many times a low end machine stucks due to lots of swapping.

secondly .. may be ur pc is getting overheated ! check ur CPU for right amount of compound !

What else...................... also sometimes linux hangs when it is not able to find network information ie. if you configured it wrong.. ie set it to connect to a thing which never exists !
