I have a harddisk (western digital 80 g) I copied the 3 cd's of redhat linux 9 in one of my partition. When I start installing redhat linux using harddisk
the following prompt appears:
What partition and directory in that partition hold the CD (iso9660) images for Redhat Linux? If you din't see the disk drive you you're listed here, press F2 to configure additonal devices.
/dev/hda1
/dev/hda5
/dev/hda6
Directory holding images: ______________________________
Can you please tell me what will be the next thing to do. I am sorry because I don't know how to find the specific iso image using the command of redhat linux I preferred using DOS command. Thanks for the help

well.. u have to tell the exact location of ur iso files
..
in linux partitions are named as hda1 ie.. First hard disk's 1 partition ..
hda2 .. means first hardisk's second partition .
so you have to mention where u files are residing actually on hd.
