Help required with Kaffeine and Real Player
« on: October 25, 2006, 01:38:51 PM »
Hi

In my SUSE 9.2 distro I have both caffaine and real player

I can play many mpg video files with caffaine but real player always throws error saying the File in not supported and compoment is Missing
When I click On updates it takes me to realplayer website but do not know what to download ...
Pls let me know what exaclty this error message means??

I downloaded avi files from google Media Files
the Caffene player is able to paly only audio from this avi file and not video No error Meesges Thrown ???
Why is this happening If it is not suporting that codec I think it needs to throw some error meesage atleast ?? while it palys audio ...
Please Help

Jon
