« on: June 26, 2007, 07:42:25 AM »
Hi all, I am running squid for internet access, but I want to access pop & smtp access for our outlook users, which is not possible thru squid, can anybody help me with NAT as how to configure it to allow only both ports for email access ?

OS: redhat AS4

eth0=lan

Pls only gv me proper step by step guidance/commands .. do not provide any link that makes so confusion.

Hello

If your using Transperent proxy or Simple. Where is your mail server is located. If your using transperent then it is possible but im simple i don't know because i am using Transperent another in Transperent you can't restrict your client end but in Simple you can use Authentication. This is the diffrence.

Let me know your need

Regards,
Vijay
