I have installed Linux RED HAT Enterprise 5 with DNS, Mai, Web Server. But there is no file "named.conf" in '/etc'. How can I get it and configure the DNS server?

Basically you can get all this installed by default ie. during installation but you need to have some knowledge for working of bind. You can create /etc/named.conf yourself but see a comprehensive documentation to make it working and to understand it.
See this :
tldp.org/HOWTO/DNS-HOWTO.html
There are plenty of more available online.
