I am using OpenSUSE 11.1 and Kiwi ltsp. I am a newbie to both.
I have 30 machines some of which are Dell Optiplex GX 280's, and some are Dimension 2400's.
I went into the bios and set up each machine to boot via PXE. The Dell Optiplex GX 280's connected fine but the Dimension 2400 don't.
I am being asked for a video number and there are two "red" references right at the end of the text of the boot process. It is to rapid to see what it refers to.
After that you do get a request for a username and password, but although these can be filled in, the next SUSE screen hangs at three sections of the timer.
I note in these columns that the Dimension 2400 and problems with it seems to have caused problems before in 2004.
How can I see the comments when the Dimension 2400 attempts to boot......and more importantly what can I do about it ?
