Hello Palash,
I haven't tried virtualization on Redhat but tried on it's clone CentOS. I tried following tutorial and successfully installed Ubuntu Sever LTS 10.04 on my both server.
Virtualization With KVM On A CentOS 5.2 Server
http://www.howtoforge.com/virtualization-with-kvm-on-a-centos-5.2-server
Paravirtualization With Xen On CentOS 5.4 (x86_64)
http://www.howtoforge.com/paravirtualization-with-xen-on-centos-5.4-x86_64
Which type of virtualization you decided to setup ?
If not decided yet
..I think you go with Paravirtualization With Xen or you can go with Virtualbox little bit slow but very flexible to configure.
Thanks,
