I have to configure sendmail server (internal mail server), is DNS (bind) is to be configure to work sendmail server?

Well, do u have a DNS server registered at the first place or are u using any DNS caching server?
For me, which is for internal use, without any need to connect to outer world of internet, i did not do so.

No, I've configured sendmail for internal and external use without DNS service and it's work just fine.
