Plase Help Very Usrgent Apache Problem

Dear all ,

 I am using suse linux 8.2 along with apache 1.3.27. I have got a strang problem now. Wherever i start the apache i got the error file .5jpg file not found continuously in apache error log (even it continues to next path if i exlucde that perticular vitual host) and the connection suddanly get increamented over 1200 that blocks the normail user. I tried to watch throuch netstat and here is some output
tcp 0 0 my_ip:80 200.47.50.59:3556 SYN_RECV -
tcp 0 0 my_ip:80 148.241.190.45:41028 SYN_RECV -
 I tried by installing apache2 but i got the same problem.

 Plase help to solve this problem. This very usrgent.
