any one go through multy parent and multy dns squid.conf

I have to change isp in case of speed drop or any other malfuntioning it is frequent i mean daily so i have 4 diffrent user id for four diffrent isp
but problem is every time i have to go to squid.conf and change
dns and peer line i tried to put 4 pairs of dns in squid.conf and four cache peer but it will not work did there any way that squid snif the isp change and i am free by not changing every time sqid.conf
hope there will be some way
