Autofs service problem
«

Hi,
We have a NIS server from which all the staff members login and get their home directories.
I created a login on the server for member XYZ in /home/staff.
When XYZ logins he gets a mesage "Your home directory /home/staff/XYZ does not appear to exist.Would you like to login through your root directory".
XYZ can login through other machines except for this one.
I checked on the "autofs" service on this machine. It aint picking up any mount points.
What should I do?
I am pretty new to this field.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
brranj.
