Problems mounting remote filesystems
«

I have installed linux readhat 9.0 as a server on witch i created a directory /share holding the global accesable files
I have checked that both mountd and nfsd are running and I have exported the directory by making an entry in the /etc/exports and issuing exportfs -a
On the client side I'am also running redhat 9.0 and have I tried to mount the /share directory.
This will not succeed and the client is telling me rpc time out. What am I missing :?
